Before Classes Start

Changed your mind before your first regular class? No problem. We refund your full payment immediately — no questions, no deductions.
After First Class
⚠️ No Refund
Once your first regular class has taken place, refunds for that month cannot be processed. You may, however, transfer the balance to the following month.
Our Fault? Your Credit

If TanzeelQuran cannot deliver your classes for any reason on our end, we will reschedule them or issue a full credit to your account.
If the refund transaction processing fee exceeds the refundable amount, we are unable to issue that refund. Class balance is transferable to the next month only — it cannot be accumulated over multiple months. For all refund queries, contact us directly via WhatsApp for the fastest resolution.

Yes. Public holidays and Eid holidays are included in your monthly fee. There are no refunds or deductions for these days.
If you need to hold classes temporarily, your unused balance can be carried forward to the next month only — it cannot be rolled over indefinitely.
